At VIVA Sports Club, we strive to provide a smooth and enjoyable experience for all players and guests.
1.1 Cancellation by Customer
  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before booking are eligible for rescheduling or VIVA credit.
  • Refunds may be issued only at management discretion.
1.2 Late Cancellation
  • Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
1.3 No-Show Policy
  • Failure to attend without notice is considered a no-show.
  • No refund, credit, or rescheduling allowed.
  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Court maintenance or technical issues
  • Safety concerns
  • Operational circumstances
Customers may receive:

  • Rescheduling option
  • VIVA credit
3.1 Private Coaching
  • Cancelled 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled.
  • Late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.
3.2 Group Classes & Clinics
  • Programs already started are non-refundable.
  • Missed classes are not replaceable unless approved.
  • Memberships and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Unused credits cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Expiry dates apply strictly.
  • Registration fees are non-refundable once confirmed.
  • Cancelled events by venue may receive refund or credit.
