1.1 Cancellation by Customer
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before booking are eligible for rescheduling or VIVA credit.
- Refunds may be issued only at management discretion.
1.2 Late Cancellation
- Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
1.3 No-Show Policy
- Failure to attend without notice is considered a no-show.
- No refund, credit, or rescheduling allowed.
- Extreme weather conditions
- Court maintenance or technical issues
- Safety concerns
- Operational circumstances

3.1 Private Coaching
- Cancelled 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled.
- Late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.
3.2 Group Classes & Clinics
- Programs already started are non-refundable.
- Missed classes are not replaceable unless approved.
- Memberships and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Unused credits cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Expiry dates apply strictly.
- Registration fees are non-refundable once confirmed.
- Cancelled events by venue may receive refund or credit.
