Terms & Conditions

Welcome to VIVA Sports Club. By booking, entering, or using our facilities, all players and guests agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions.
  1. All players and guests must behave respectfully toward staff, coaches, and other players.
  2. Offensive language, aggressive behaviour, or unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated.
  3. The venue reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone causing disruption or damage.
  4. Players must follow all instructions from venue staff and coaches at all times.
  1. Court bookings must be paid for in advance.
  2. Sessions will end promptly at the scheduled finish time to avoid delays for the next booking.
  3. No unauthorized coaching or commercial training is allowed without venue approval.
  4. Only players with a valid booking may enter the court area.
  1. Proper sports attire and non-marking court shoes are required at all times.
  2. Players must use appropriate padel rackets and balls.
  3. Shirtless play is not permitted.
  1. Users are responsible for their own belongings.
  2. The venue is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings while on premises.
  3. Any items left behind will only be kept by VIVA Sports Club for a maximum period of thirty (30) days, after which they will be discarded.
  4. Lockers are provided for daily use and will be emptied at the end of each day. Any lost or missing locker key card will be subject to a replacement charge.
  1. Players participate at their own risk.
  2. Any injuries, accidents, or unsafe conditions must be reported immediately to staff.
  3. Food and drinks are not allowed on court.
  4. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the venue, including courts, waiting areas, toilets, and surrounding facilities. Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas.
  5. Damaging courts, nets, fences, or venue property may result in penalties or replacement charges.
  1. Children must be supervised by a parent, guardian, or coach unless participating in an organized program.
  2. Running or playing outside designated areas is not allowed.
  3. Junior players must follow coach and staff instructions during academy sessions.
  1. The venue reserves the right to close courts for maintenance, events, or safety reasons.
  2. Cancellation and rescheduling policies will apply according to venue terms.
  1. Players are expected to help keep the venue clean and dispose of rubbish properly.
  2. Shower and changing facilities must be used respectfully and kept tidy.
  1. Rental rackets and equipment must be returned in good condition after use.
  2. Users may be charged for lost, stolen, or damaged rental equipment.
  1. Memberships and packages are non-transferable unless approved by management.
  2. Expired packages or sessions cannot be extended unless agreed by management.
  1. The venue may take photos or videos during events, training, or activities for promotional purposes.
  2. Guests who do not wish to appear in media content should inform management in advance.
  1. Management reserves the right to amend venue rules and regulations at any time without prior notice.
  2. Entry into the venue constitutes acceptance of all rules and regulations.
